Wave Estate, Mohali commemorates the 10th International Yoga Day with full zeal: Wave Estate Mohali, an ideal destination for homebuyers & investors in North India, today organised yoga sessions for its residents at Park No. 12, Wave Estate, Mohali to commemorate the 10th International Yoga Day.
The event drew a participation of over 150 residents, emphasizing the growing importance of yoga for health and well-being.
The event was graced by the presence of Chief Guest, Mr. Arpit Shukla, Special DGP (Law & Order) Punjab. Mr. Shukla actively participated in the yoga session and even planted a tree to commemorate the occasion.

The residents actively participated in various yoga postures (Asanas) and breathing exercises (Pranayamas) under the guidance of experienced instructors. The event fostered a sense of community and well-being amongst the residents.
