NewZNew (Chandigarh) : Women Samagam of Chandigarh zone was held here today at Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan, Sector 30 A, Chandigarh. Smt Kamna Vats ji, Central Parcharak from Delhi presided over the Samagam. She said Nirankari mission is removing illusions & blind faith from mind of people in every corner of country & foreign countries as well. She said that people are being taught to rise above the differences of caste & creed, color, eating/dressing sense; treat everyone as child of one father and tread the path of love, humanity. In this, role of women is also important along with men.
In this women Samagam; participants from tricity & all thirty eight branches of Chandigarh zone participated. On this occasion, women gave their messages through speeches & songs in different languages. They said that it is in the hand of women to make once home as heaven, instill moral values in their child life, and develop an atmosphere of “Gurumat” at their homes. They can motivate family members to attend congregations, speak sweetly, behave properly; adopt traits of love, compassion, tolerance, mercy, politeness and worshipping with full faith by keeping away from illusions & blind faith.
Smt Vats said that women are not only involved in Prachar but they have vital role in various social services as well. Holding women Samagams now a days not only in Chandigarh but in entire country as well is a real example of the fact that women are being fully respected in Nirankari mission.
Discussing on the life of Nirankari Rajmata Kulwant Kaur ji; she said that we must take motivation from her life. She was not only anideal wife but also an ideal mother, mother-in-law, Guru Sikh, ideal citizen, social worker and a great Parcharak. Along with fulfilling her family responsibilities, she motivated millions of women across every corner of country & foreign countries as wellto come under shelter of Lord Master of the day & shun all illusions, blind faiths; for which she worked tirelessly, without taking care of her health along with Baba Gurbachan Singh Ji & then Baba Hardev Singh ji Maharaj.
On this occasion, Dr Smt J. K. Cheema ji welcomed, central Parcharak from Delhi-Smt Kamna Vats ji & thanked the present sadh Sangat & women from other branches. On this occasion thousands of women, men, children devotees along withDr B. S. Cheema ji-Zonal Incharge, Chandigarh; Sh Amarjeet Singh ji-Zonal Incharge, Patiala and Sh Mohinder Singh ji-Sanyojak, Chandigarh branch were also present.
