WBSCVT ITI result 2017, West Bengal ITI entrance exam result has been declared now. West Bengal State Council for Vocational Training (WBSCVT) announced the results of Common Entrance Test (CET 2017) on Monday evening. The entrance test was conducted by WBSCVT for admissions into Government ITIs/ ITCs/ Junior Polytechnics for the academic session 2017-18. The entrance test was conducted for two groups – Group E & Group M and on 19th June, the results were declared by the Council. Initially, the result declaration was set for June 20. The candidates can check WBSCVT result 2017 from the official website www.wbscvt.net.
On 19th June, the Council published a press note stating that ITI entrance test results will be declared on June 19, 2017. The results were uploaded on the official website in the evening. For the convenience of students, WBSCVT result 2017 can also be accessed from other result portals, namely, exametc.com, indiaresults.com and examresults.net. WBSCVT had conducted WB ITI Exam this year on June 4 and have declared WB ITI result 2017 for ITI Group M & E examination. The candidates who have appeared for WBSCVT ITI Exam 2017 on 4th June can now check WBSCVT result 2017 online and can further proceed to choice filling in various programs of ITI of group M & E Jr. Polytechnic courses in Polytechnics of West Bengal.

The counselling process includes choice filling for different government and private colleges. ITI trades are basically divided into two groups i.e. Group M and Group E. The Group M courses will be available for only madhyamik pass candidates, while Class 8 pass candidates who appeared for CET 2017 can apply for the courses under Group E.
