NewZNew (Bathinda) : Famous Punjabi Singer-Actor Harbhajan Mann starrer ‘Gadaar -The Traitor’ – Punjabi Cinema’s first Suspense – Emotional thriller, is slated for World-wide release on May 29. The star cast including Harbhajan Mann & crew came calling to Bathinda where they held a media meet in the Bathinda Press Club. The event saw the stylish launch of the movie’s sad song ‘Yadaan’ sung by Harbhajan Mann & Shipra Goyal. Said Harbhajan Mann, “The song whose lyrics have been penned by Babu Singh Mann, will surely make your eyes moist. The words of this song – ‘Mud mud ke yaadan tur gaye sajna diyan aundiyan’ is sure to make the listener and viewer emotional.” It is noteworthy that the title song of the film ‘Gadaar Hai’ is climbing popularity charts very fast. The track has all the ingredients to make it an instant hit sung by Harbhajan Mann & Bhoomi Trivedi of ‘Ram Chahe Leela Chahe fame’, Music by Dr. Zeus, Rap by Fateh & DS it has for the first time in Punjabi Cinema — Evelyn Sharma — Bollywood heartthrob of ‘Kuch Kuch Locha Hai’, ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’ and ‘Ishqedarriyaan’ fame making a debut through ‘Gadaar The Traitor’ in Punjabi movies.

The film has been Produced by — Unisys Infosolutions & Grandsons Films and the Bathinda tour was presented in association with Reliance trends, which has 8 stores in Punjab including Bathinda. The film will introduce Miss Australia Punjaban Pageant winner Ms Manpneet Grewal. Apart from Harbhajan & Manpneet the star cast of the film includes Ashish Duggal,Girja Shankar,Shavinder Mahal,Rupinder Roopi,Anita Meet,Tarsem Paul,Balkaran Wadding & Bobby Sandhu.
Harbhajan Mann, a Pioneer in Punjabi Music & Film Industry will pack in a lot of surprises in the movie as he has been cast in a completely different look.
