NewZNew (Chandigarh) : A Two Day Chandigarh Junior Net ball State Championship (Boys & Girls) being organized by Net ball Sports Promotion Association (NBSPA) got underway at The British School, Sector 44, Chandigarh grounds. The Chief Guest at the opening ceremony was Ranjan Sethi, President of NBSPA & Director of The British School, Chandigarh.

“The two day Championship will get over tomorrow after all matches are played. We will be having a prize distribution ceremony at the venue at 4 PM.” Said P S Lamba, General Secretary, NBSPA.

A total of 19 Teams (Boys & Girls) are taking part in the tournament.

2^nd St. Joseph Senior Sec. School Sector 44 beat GMSSS (B Team ) Sector 32 — 18-08

2^nd GMSSS (A Team), Sec-32  beat GMSSS, Sec 20 — 18-16
