Rajasthan High Court LDC exam date 2017 announced

The examination cell, Rajasthan High Court has announced that it will conduct the written examination for the recruitment of Lower Division Clerks (LDC) on July 23, 2017. In a press note issued here on Monday (June 19, 2017), the RHC Exam Cell notified (referring to notification no. RHC/Exam.Cell/2o17/93 dated February 18, 2017) that the candidates who have applied for this recruitment process will be issued the admit cards soon and that the LDC exam date has been fixed as 23rd July, 2017 (Sunday).

When Rajasthan High Court had released the notification to the Lower Division Clerk posts, there were 1,726 vacant posts which were subjected to change. Along with LDC, the court had also notified of some 313 vacancies of Stenographers. While skill tests for Steno recruitment will be held on dates between May 29 to June 3, 2017, the LDC exam will be a single day test, scheduled for 23rd July.

Both parts will have 100 questions each and and candidates will have 90 minutes for each part but the papers will be held simultaneously over the duration of 180 minutes. Paper 1 is English and Paper 2 will be Hindi. Each question will have 1 mark, and the examination a total of 200 marks for 200 questions.

Apart from aggregate marks, candidates also have to secure at least 40% marks in each paper
