Mumbai University on Monday announced the results of fifth and sixth semester of Three Year B. Com course. The university announced 432 results out of a total of 477 and the candidates can check their results at the website www.mu.ac.in. 79,823 students had appeared for the papers— 65,992 from semester 6 and 13,831 in semester 5. While 60.92 per cent was the passing percentage for semester 5, 65.56 was declared as the passing percentage for semester 6.
The university declared that 384 students of semester 6 achieved outstanding (O) grades and 7,868 students achieved the “A” grade. However, 19,397 students failed to clear the exam. Among the candidates appearing for the semester 5 exams, three students achieved outstanding grades, 119 achieved an “A” grade while 5,359 students failed.
