Shri Anand Sikri, President Ludhiana Jewellers Asscociation, inaugurated and dedicated MMTC-PAMP Retail Outlet cum State of the Art Gold Purity Verification Centre
MMTC-PAMP India Pvt. Ltd, India’s first and only internationally accredited gold and silver refinery, has opened its 12th Retail Outlet near Fountain Chowk, Ludhiana. Shri Anand Sikri, President Ludhiana Jewellers Asscociation inaugurated this outlet at a prestigious event which was attended by reputed bullion dealers, jewellers, customers and company officials.
The company operates the world’s most advanced precious metals processing facility at Mewat, Haryana, as a joint venture between MMTC Limited (Govt. of India undertaking) and PAMP, Switzerland.
Expressing his happiness, Anand Sikri, President Ludhiana Jewellers Asscociation said “I feel honoured to inaugurate 12th centre of MMTC-PAMP as such centres are playing a pivotal role in transforming precious metals business in India. MMTC-PAMP is known for its best standards and practices for product quality, customer service, environmental management and safety”.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Gagan Bhai, National Sales Head- Consumer Business said “MMTC-PAMP outlets will provide world-class services to the consumers under one roof viz. Retail outlet for Gold & Silver coins & bars, Purity verification, Scrap refining and Gold Buyback with 100% Transparency, Accuracy and Trust. A nationwide network of such Retail Centres is being implemented in a phased manner for empowering customers. Ten such centres are already operational in New Delhi (Karol Bagh, Chandni Chowk, Lajpat Nagar), Hyderabad, Chennai, Coimbatore, Bangalore, Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Vijayawada. We plan to expand this network to 40 centres in the next two years. Our long term vision is to cover the entire country. These centres also encourage people to make productive use of gold sitting idle in lockers through Government of India’s Gold Monetisation Scheme.”
