EME Public School, VIP Road, Zirakpur celebrated International Yoga Day at the school premises on June 21 2018. A special assembly was arranged in which the objective of Yoga Day was discussed among the students and parents.
The Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s message was screened for the school. Later the students performed different yogasanas under the guidance of their yoga teacher Mr Abhijeet (International Satyanand Yoga Teacher, trained from Bihar School of Yoga).
Dr Deepak Bhutani, Director and Principal, EME Public School,VIP Road, Zirakpur, said, “The asanas were taught to bring about holistic approach to health and well-being among the students and their parents. I hope this will benefit the children and elders as well.”
