NewZNew (Chandigarh) : The Team of GLAMFLAME is all set to launch their online fashion reality show GLAMFLAME RUNWAY to be aired on YouTube bi-weekly. The press conference was held in press club yesterday where the Team GLAMFLAME spilled beans about the gala fashion event. Hrsimrn Singh, director GR2015 and CEO dCraftz Mediatrics Pvt Ltd the company behind the brand GLAMFLAME told the media about the concept stating “Glamflame Runway is all set to launch Twelve Fresh, New-Fangled Faces handpicked and auditioned from the various cities of North India.” The auditions will begin on 24th Jan 2015 at INIFD Chandigarh and will be followed in Ludhiana on 25th January, Jaipur on 27th January, Delhi on 28th January, Dehradun on 29th January, Jalandhar on 31st January and the tour will end in Chandigarh conducting the final audition on 1st February. The entire stint will be shot as en episodic reality show to be broadcasted on YouTube.
INIFD is the audition and the backstage partner for GR2015, said Sukhdeep Singh, Director GR2015. He also said that the main event which would take place on 28th February 2015 will be held at The Lalit, Chandigarh. The event will mark the presence of many celebrities from Bollywood and Pollywood. The main event will go Live on YouTube making it the first fashion event to do so in India.
Amrapali Singh, PR Manager, GLAMFLAME RUNWAY told that various celebrities will groom the contestants during the makeover session however Ritu Kolentine the international celebrity makeover professional will act as the Glam Guru for the event.
Pratima Thakur who has been the Fashion stylist for all dCraftz shows and shoots, said “Ï will be very selective about finding the spark in the participants which can be turned it into a flame.” Pratima who has been the face of brands like Tynor, Amiarah, Adaah Couture, The Chocolate Room, Ayda, Haarvi along with her stint with music videos, beauty pageants, theatre and short film is one of the evaluator in the judgement panel.
Ishani Sharma who is well known face of Punjabi music industry featuring in hit music videos that of A Kay and Mani Ahujla got her first break from Glamflame thus she was present on the press conference to support the event Ishani said “I always wanted to be on screen and I got right kind of direction and platform through GLAMFLAME, hence I am here to vouch for the un indispensable support system they has to offer”. Along with her, Simpy Kaur Yaran da Katchup fame was also present to talk about how there are different kinds of modelling from that of Ramp to print to advertising and how GR2015 will ensure the grooming in all genre possible. Manni Boparai who stole hearts through her film Jatt in Mood fame talked about the minimum criteria for aspiring candidates.
Another press conference will be held on 5th of February announcing the top 20 candidates selected from the various cities.
