Delhi University Announces 10th Cut-off For UG Courses

The University of Delhi on Thursday released its 10th cut-off for merit-based undergraduate courses offered by the various colleges. The highest cut-off is 97 per cent at Hindu College for B.A (Hons) Economics under the 10th list. The second highest cut-off, which is 96.5 per cent, has been announced by the Indraprastha College for women for B.A (Hons) Psychology.

The DU had allocated its eighth and ninth cut-off list exclusively for applicants from reserved categories. “The tenth list will be displayed by different colleges of the varsity on Friday. Eligible candidates are advised to complete their admission in the colleges concerned,” the release said.

Among the popular courses offered by the Delhi University, admission to various courses such as  B.A. (Hons) English is still open at few of the colleges. At 95.75 per cent, B.A. (Hons) English at Miranda House is one of the highest cut-off in the course under the list, while Ramjas College is offering the course at 94.75 per cent.

South Campus colleges such as Lady Shri Ram College, admission to B.Sc. (Hons) Mathematics is open at 95.75 per cent for General Category.

“As per schedule already notified, the eligible candidates who meet the requirements notified in the 10th cut-off list are further advised to complete their admission formalities in the colleges concerned within the stipulated time,” said the DU release.
