NewZNew (Chandigarh) : Ayurveda is an inseparable part of sanskrit and every aspect related to life has been explained in it.This was told by Udyan Arya, Head of Sanskrit Academy Chandigarh today at a press conference held. He officially announced that a seminar on Swasth Bharat- How to live a healthy life is being organised at Law Auditorium Chandigarh on 9th November 2 pm onwards. The main aim of this programme is to guide and aware everyone on how to adopt a healthy lifestyle using Ayurveda.
There will be four doctors present to show light on different topics. Dr DevBrata- Principal, Gurukul Kurukshetra will be talking on how using easily available things at home we can change our lives. Dr Raj Kumar, Principal D.A.V Ayurvedic College will tell us how to keep Mind, Body and Soul healthy. Dr Madan Gulati, Ex deputy director Ayurvedic department, Chandigarh will show light on a complete healthy lifestyle. Dr Gurdesh Kaur Brar will tell on how day to day usage of ayurveda is important in our life. Arya inviting people from all age group said that it is for every person to come and get benifitted from one of its kind seminar.
