15th Blood Donation Camp organised by Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation

Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation organised its 15th Blood Donation Camp of this year of Chandigarh Zone at Sant Niranakri Satsang Bhawan, Sector 15-D, where a total of 256 donors, including 20 women donated their blood. The devotees and sewadal volunteers of Sector 15 and Sector 40 areas contributed and assisted in the successful organisation of the camp.

The camp was inaugurated by Dr. Neelam Marwaha M.D.F.A.M.S., Professor  & Head, Department of Transfusion Medicine, PGI, Chandigarh and Mrs. Sita Kashyap wife of Sh. K. K. Kashyap, Zonal Incharge Chandigarh Zone. On this occasion, Dr. Marwaha said, Donation of blood is the most important donation in the world.  Sant Nirankari Mission is the most organised and disciplined Mission world over. It has set an example in the field of social work and welfare with its selfless contribution and service to the society.”

Sh Kashyap ji said that Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation has organized 18 Blood Donation Camps in the year 2017-18 and today is the 14th camp in that series. He further said that realizing Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj message that “Blood should flow in veins instead of drains” and continuing with the same  philosophy; Satguru Mata Sawinder Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj is also establishing Piece, Brotherhood and Oneness in the world. Satguru Mata ji is also uniting the people by imparting God Knowledge.

A team of 20 paramedics and doctors under Dr. Suchet Sachdev, Assistant Professor, Department of Transfusion Medicine, Blood Bank P.G.I.M.E.R, Chandigarh assisted in the successful culmination of the blood donation camp.

On this occasion Zonal Incharge Sh. K. K. Kashyap Ji, Shri Atam Prakash Khetriya Sanchalak, Shri Navneet Pathak Sanyojak Chandigarh, Shri S.S. Banga Mukhi Sector 15 Area and Sh. Pawan Kumar, Area Incharge, Sector 40 Area and Sh. Tarsem Lal JI were present to encourage the donors.

Shri S.S. Banga expressed his gratitude to the team of doctors, and donors for their selfless contribution to this noble cause.
